Innsbruck
Innsbruck is the capital of Tyrol and the site of Innsbruck Airport (IATA code INN), which opened on 15 January 1948 and handled 882,876 passengers in 2025. The airport is the third busiest in Austria by passenger numbers and sits about 4 km from the city centre. It functions as the main winter gateway for ski resorts in Tyrol, Vorarlberg and parts of Bavaria.
